Common or Garden Project – Have you seen these species?

West Wales Biodiversity Information Centre WWBIC, a partner in the Carmarthenshire Nature Partnership, is launching a project to encourage everyone to submit records of six priority Welsh species on their website.

WWBIC can provide training on what makes a good record, how to submit records, as well as an introduction to this project and the chosen six species: Blood-vein moth, Bullfinch, Hare, Common Toad, Slow worm and Hedgehog.

The poster promoting the project is attached in English and Welsh. We hope you will promote it amongst your community – it is a great way to encourage local recording and help WWBIC learn more about the distribution of these species in the county.
